Suppose you have an audio file of a radio newscast, or perhaps a town meeting about zoning, or even your own audio of a podcast episode of yours or an expert you like.  You can add it to your page with the Audio Container.  You have some choices for the look of the audio container, so click on one and choose it.  Choose a design and color scheme for display and drag & drop it onto your page.  Then you can customize the container.

The container appears on your page with the audio box across the width of the page.  Clicking on the box gives you the Audio Settings area where you upload your audio file.  You can play it for review and set the volume.
