This container can be used all around your site to add content that features your services.  Choose a design and color scheme and drag & drop onto your page.
As the name implies, if you want to feature something, a topic, a page, an idea, whatever, this is the container you can use.  

Once you select the style and color scheme, you can edit the box title text and the text under each item by clicking on it.

Clicking on the icons, you can choose from the icon library.  Clicking on the large text under the icons you can edit it and set a URL or page to link to on the click.
