You can upgrade your plan at any time from within your WebsiteBox account. From your dashboard, click the UPGRADE button above your apps.

In the upgrade menu, you will see the different plans we offer. Select the plan you would like to upgrade to by clicking the orange UPGRADE button.

You will see the new terms of your plan, including the cost to upgrade. If you have been on your current plan for less than one year, you may have a pro-rated fee for the first year of your upgrade.

When you're ready, click the UPGRADE button. 

If you wish to downgrade your plan, please reach out to our customer support team at or 1-866-857-1657.
