Follow these steps to troubleshoot issues uploading images to your website.
When changing a photo, are you using the CROP button?
After you have made your image selection, either from your own files or our stock photo library, use the CROP button to save the image in the container.
2. After hitting CROP, is the upload getting stuck at 0%?
This could be a result of the Internet browser you're using. We recommend using GOOGLE CHROME while editing your website. Using other browsers may result in image upload issues.
3. Be sure to use only our supported file types, which include ico, png, gif and jpg.
