Why are you closing WebsiteBox?

Due to unforeseen circumstances arising over the past couple years, we have made the tough decision to inform you that we will no longer be supporting Websitebox websites.

What will happen to my website?

Your website is hosted through WebsiteBox content management system, which is a proprietary platform and you will not be able to transfer it to any other website host. Your only choice is to rebuild your website with a new website provider. We have provided a list of recommended vendors with ready to go website templates below:

What will happen to my domain purchased through WebsiteBox?

If you wish to keep your current domain (website url) purchased through WebsiteBox so you can rebuild your new website with a new host, you’ll need to transfer your domain to ENOM.

How to Point My Third-Party Domain to a Different Provider?

First, you will need to contact your domain registrar, which is the company where you registered your domain name. You will need to request that they update the DNS (Domain Name System) records for your domain to point to the IP address of your new provider.

Once you have the IP address of your new provider, you will need to provide this information to your domain registrar. They will then update the DNS records for your domain, which will cause your domain name to resolve to the new provider's website.

The process of updating the DNS records can take up to 24 hours to propagate throughout the internet, so please keep this in mind when making the switch.

I just signed up, can I cancel and receive a refund?

Yes! At any time during the first 30 days of purchasing your subscription, you can cancel and receive a full refund of your plan.

Can I cancel my subscription prior to October 31st?
